Pollo Cibao, Aviagen® distributor of Ross® breeders in the Dominican Republic, hosted a successful seminar for clients held on November 28, 2017, at the Hotel Gran Almirante in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

Dr. Álvaro Uribe Serrano participated as a consultant and guest specialist, giving the lecture “Broiler batch and rearing management”, where he highlighted the importance of creating and shaping the intestine of chicks from birth, taking into account early feeding, colonization of beneficial bacteria, stress reduction, consumption of prebiotics and essential oils, rational use of antibiotics, uniformity in feeding, maintenance of ideal temperature and intestinal balance.
